Website notice · 6 October 2026

This notice explains the optional tools on pixelfield.co.uk and how to control them. Pixelfield Ltd is the controller. For privacy requests, email info@pixelfield.co.uk. Our existing Privacy and Data Protection Policy also explains how we handle client and project information.

Your choice

Analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity and optional marketing tools are off until you consent. Google Analytics receives limited cookieless measurement signals before you choose and after you reject optional cookies, with analytics and advertising storage denied. These signals do not provide the same visitor identification or new and returning user counts as consented measurement. Accept all, reject optional cookies, or choose these services separately. Rejecting does not block videos, podcasts, maps, chat or enquiry forms. Chat loads automatically so its contact icon is available, independently of your analytics and marketing choice. Embedded video and podcast players load automatically; playback starts when you press play. These third-party providers receive your IP address and browser information when you use their content and may use their own cookies. Direct provider links and email remain available. You can change analytics and marketing choices using Cookie settings. Withdrawing an active tracking service reloads the page; finish any form before changing that choice.

Withdrawing a tool already running reloads this page and may reload other open tabs on this site. Finish any form first. We remove known first-party tracking cookies when their service is refused. Cookies belonging to another website can only be removed by that provider or through your browser settings.

Cookies and local storage

Our first-party preference cookie pf_consent_v1 lasts up to 182 days. You may be asked again when the notice or purposes change. Our custom analytics attribution and enquiry deduplication use session storage (pf_attribution_v2 and pf_lead_receipt_v2) only with Analytics consent. Attribution ends with the browser session and has an additional 30-day age limit. It stores the landing path and referrer host, not a complete incoming URL.

Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* cookies; Google's documented default is two years, and account settings can shorten this. Clarity uses _clck and _clsk; Leadinfo uses _li_id and _li_ses. Provider retention is separate from how long we remember your consent.

Pipedrive forms and chat use the security cookie __cf_bm (one hour). Forms with CAPTCHA enabled may also use _GRECAPTCHA (179 days). This list describes known integrations; provider documentation explains their additional storage and retention:

Processing and retention

Optional analytics and marketing use your consent. The chat provider loads automatically to provide the contact icon. Embedded video and podcast players load automatically. Maps load when you use their open controls. Enquiries you send are used to respond to your request and, where relevant, take steps towards a contract or manage our business relationship. Our client privacy policy explains the criteria used to retain client and project information, including legal and accounting requirements.

Optional providers receive information when their service is enabled. Some process information outside the UK. Their notices explain their processing locations and transfer arrangements. Contact us for information about the arrangements and retention applicable to your information.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact info@pixelfield.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
