Working with the biggest book publisher in the Czech republic to transform the digital side of their business.

We identified the main flaws of the current solution through the initial research and decided to facilitate several Design Sprints to create an outline of what the new product should look like.

How to get people from different locations into one room? Don’t. We had mastered the cloud based cooperation – we use Hangouts or Zoom for workshops, but everything gets always documented on a one big shared online whiteboard, so we can always revisit any comments or revisions.

Together with the client's team, we created a complete UX and UI design for the new application. We also tested the clickable prototype on future users.

We created a warm and personal hub for your ebooks and audiobooks. No matter if you prefer to read or listen to books, your library is always ready for you. The app is also connected to the publisher’s store, so you can discover and buy new books easily.

Based on the prototype, the development of a mobile application for iOS and Android began. We have created everything you need to play audiobooks, make purchases and read various e-book formats.

We have also prepared a light version of the application for older versions of the Adroid operating system. You can enjoy the new Palmbooks in readers with e-ink technology.
