Palmknihy is an e-reading app owned by Albatros that was losing its customer base. The client was on a hunt for a UX agency to rethink the user experience and create a new modern platform for their customers.
We identified the main flaws of the current solution through the initial research and decided to facilitate several Design Sprints to create an outline of what the new product should look like.
We had mastered the cloud-based cooperation – we use Hangouts or Zoom for workshops, but everything gets always documented on a one big shared online whiteboard, so we can always revisit any comments or revisions.
We designed a new UI as a warm and personal hub for your ebooks and audiobooks. No matter if you prefer to read or listen to books, your library is always ready for you. The app is also connected to the publisher’s store, so you can discover and buy new books easily.
